Refund Policy

1.1 Onco Arabia will offer a full refund if:

• You received a defective item;
• The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
• The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

1.2 The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing, and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by Wallets, credit should be available within 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund

1.3 To request a refund, email us within 3 days of receipt, including your order details and the reason for the refund. You can also raise a request on our website/App. We may also require you to upload pictures of the received product(s) in order to process the refund.

1.4 We will verify your request within 3 working days from the time of receipt. Once verified as genuine and correct, www.oncoarabia.com will initiate the refund process. In case of refund, we may also initiate a collection process. In such case, you will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging for pickup.

Return Policy

1.6 Returns may be allowed if:

• Product(s) does not match your order.
• Product(s) delivered are past the expiry date.
• Product(s) delivered are damaged in transit.

1.7 If you receive a damaged product, do not accept the delivery. If damage is discovered after opening the package, the product(s) may be returned for a refund or replacement. www.oncoarabia.com does not promise a replacement for all products, as it depends on availability. A refund will be issued in such cases.

1.8 We will not accept liability for delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 1 working day of receipt.

1.9 If you want to return non-defective products, we may allow it if:

• The product is unopened and unused;
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted;
• You notify us within 3 days of receipt;
• Returns are not accepted if notified after 3 days.

1.10 Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Wrong ordering of product(s) does not qualify for return.
• Batch number of the returned product(s) must match the invoice.
• Returns due to change in prescription are not accepted.
• Product(s) must be in original manufacturer’s packaging including tags, labels, barcode, and invoice.
• Partially used or consumed product(s) are not returnable.

Return Policy Exceptions

1.11 Certain categories of products are not returnable:

1.12 www.oncoarabia.com does not offer replacements or exchanges for the above non-returnable products. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products marked as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange” on the product page.

Return Process

1.13 To request a return, email us within 3 working days of receipt, including your order details and reason for return. We may also require pictures of the products.

1.14 Once the claim is verified within 3 working days, www.oncoarabia.com will initiate collection. You must pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Cancellation Policy

1.16 You can cancel your order on the Website/App within 12 hours of placing it. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

1.17 If Onco Arabia is unable to fulfill the order (e.g., non-availability of product, pricing errors), we reserve the right to cancel without any liability.

1.18 Orders may also be cancelled under these conditions:

• Product(s) are not for self-consumption but for resale;
• Multiple orders placed for the same product to the same address;
• Bulk quantity ordered for the same product;
• Invalid address provided;
• Use of any malpractice during ordering.
